We source and provide commercial transaction support for the purchase and sale of commercial real estate in Western Europe on behalf of institutional and private investors of the UHNWI category.
Our main specialization is off-market transactions, allowing parties to achieve exclusive commercial terms and close transactions in a guaranteed way.
Investments
The main investment strategy of our clients is wealth preservation, therefore we specialize in transactions with low-risk (core real estate) and moderate-risk profile assets (core plus real estate) in liquid real estate markets. During 6 years held Investment Manager position in international investment company based in Moscow, where he participated in acquisitions of offices, warehouses, residential buildings, retail premises and development projects in Europe
Alexander has graduated with distinctions from Novgorod State University, Russia, Faculty of Finance and got a bachelor degree in business administration in tourism from University of South-Eastern Norway
Held various positions in strategy, consulting and capital markets departments of international real estate advisory companies Colliers International and Knight Frank
In 2012 Alexander has passed exams and become a qualified member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Property finance and Investment
